We are seeking an ambitious Business Manager to lead our EV charger business. As a key player in Harju Elekter Group’s growth, you will develop and execute business strategies that drive our EV charger business forward.

In this role you will:
Manage all aspects of the EV charger business, including:
- Development and implementation of business strategies
Create and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. - Oversee daily operations Manage sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
- Business development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. - P&L responsibility
Oversee the P&L performance of the EV charger business, ensuring financial targets are met.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management, preferably in the EV or renewable energy sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
You will be leading our EV business segment and reporting directly to the Group Management Team.
📍 While the position offers flexibility in terms of location, it is expected to be situated near one of our major production facilities in Estonia or Finland.
