We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and brand development related initiatives. As a key player in Harju Elekter Group’s growth and brand management, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive our business forward. In this role you will:
Manage all aspects of marketing and branding, including:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies – Create and execute strategic marketing plans that help to grow our business.
- Brand management – Develop and manage the company’s brand ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
- Content Creation – Manage the creation of marketing materials and content.
- Event Planning – Plan and manage most important marketing events for the group.
- Digital Marketing – Manage the company’s website and oversee the digital marketing strategy.
What we expect from you:
- A degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be an integral part of our Global Marketing & Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, Tiit Luman.
📍 While the position offers flexibility in terms of location, it is expected to be situated near one of our major production facilities in Estonia, Lithuania, Finland or Sweden.
