As a Product Manager in Harju Elekter Group, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your product group. You will define the product group’s field of play and identify how the product group’s should be evolved to add additional value to relevant markets. In this role you will:
- Manage the product group life cycle.
- Perform detailed analysis of product group performance.
- Identify and implement improvements for the product group.
- Develop and execute product strategies.
- Provide essential support to internal departments.
- Ensure the product group meets all relevant standards.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with key suppliers.

What we expect from you:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of low voltage systems and enclosure protection.
- In-depth knowledge of the markets for low voltage systems and empty enclosures.
- Capability for long-term problem-solving and project execution.
- Creative mind that sees challenges instead of obstacles.
- Independent and performance-based mindset.
📍 While the position offers flexibility in terms of location, it is expected to be situated near one of our major production facilities in Estonia, Lithuania, Finland or Sweden.
